Research Project Notice
Important: Add-it AI is primarily a research project developed by NVIDIA in collaboration with Tel-Aviv University and Bar-Ilan University. These terms apply to research demonstrations, academic collaborations, and educational use of the technology.
Commercial use may be subject to different terms and licensing requirements. Please refer to the official GitHub repository and NVIDIA's licensing guidelines for commercial applications.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Add-it AI research materials, demonstrations, or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our research platform or services.
2. Eligibility and Academic Use
To use Add-it AI research materials, you must:

Commercial Use Restrictions

4. User Responsibilities
When using Add-it AI, you agree to:
- Use the platform only for lawful and ethical purposes
- Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with Add-it AI functionality
- Respect intellectual property rights and avoid uploading content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights
- Not upload sensitive, personal, confidential, or inappropriate images to demonstrations

- Not use the technology to create misleading, harmful, or deceptive content
5. Intellectual Property
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of images you upload and content you create using Add-it AI demonstrations. However, by using the platform, you grant Add-it AI research team a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use aggregated, anonymized data for research improvement purposes.
Add-it AI Technology
All intellectual property rights related to Add-it AI technology, including algorithms, models, and documentation, remain the property of NVIDIA and its research collaborators.
6. Research Data and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect information in the context of research activities. By using Add-it AI, you consent to the research practices described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
Add-it AI research team and NVIDIA are not liable for:

Interactive demonstrations hosted on Hugging Face are subject to Hugging Face's terms of service and privacy policies.
